I had an awsome experience! From the greeting at check-in, to the ease of check out, and everything in between was wonder. The room was exactly as shown in the online photos. The accommodations and add-ons are a great addition to the experience. I highly recommend to couples looking to have a little uninterrupted alone time.
One thing for sure i never care to leave a review ..but when i say i had to stop thru an give credit an flowers where they do I hope they stay for a long time to come cuz yall make it a movie everytime an if it’s a 1st timer u hit a home run u want go no where else I promise they love u an u gon love them service is impeccable
Definitely recommend it was my wife and i’s first time here I really would like to say a big thank you to amber she was kind amazing helpful and professional she helped me get the membership and also helped get me a room when the room we originally wanted was sold out the room we had was amazing really beautiful loved the shower the fireplace and the room changing lights also thank you to some of the staff that worked last night into this morning I know we asked a lot of questions and everything but you guys were kind and helpful as well the place was easy to find and parking wasn’t bad the only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear people above you when they moved things or in general but again overall amazing definitely recommend if your trying to get away for the day or just looking for a romantic place to spice things up with your partner or whoever

Wonderful I will definitely come to this luxurious place the staff is great champagne in fridge cute little birthday cake for my partner they brung ice to the door this place is top tier I'll definitely refer everyone I know perfect mini getaway

I love this place because the staff is always professional and the rooms are always clean
I gave the service 5 stars all because of the guy at the front desk at 4am was very nice. Now Sophia was rude she called me at 2:pm saying I need to check out when my check out time was 2:45. She was very interruptive, rude and just not nice at all. Other than that I had an amazing time
I always have a great experience at AURA! The staff is wonderful (most of them). The rooms are always fresh and clean. I would like to receive info during the week about Discounts and Specials without having to call in and ask.
